The moment Mike and Gregg walked into my house I knew they were the guys I needed for the job. My wife and I are first time home owners and were living in the city during remodeling. When I booked GM I wasn’t booking just contractors, I was booking partners. Having Mike readily available to explain any updates or roadblocks that would arise was so helpful to someone like me that has no knowledge of this stuff. Mike was like a member of the family having daily calls to make us comfortable with the progress of the work. Mike has a great ability to help calm me down as I continued to freak out during this process. They were all very flexible to give us the exact bathrooms of our dreams and tack on extra projects such as new lighting, windows and doors as they came up. Our bathrooms now look like something on an HGTV show and we couldn’t be happier. What GM also offers are just a great network of workers to assist in all projects. Lawrence, their go to plumber was a magician fixing our really old horrible piping and making it all work amazingly. When we bought the house, all of our drains wouldn’t function and now it all flows smoothly. Our doors and molding around our windows plus new lighting made this house feel like a new build even though it was built in the 60s. Overall, I can’t recommend GM enough. Their fantastic work transforming a fixer upper house into something stunning. Redoing any part of a home isn’t easy, and having no prior experience doing this only makes it tougher. That’s why working with GM was so helpful. Rather than using a single contractor you have a network of contractors and sub contractors working on your house so you always get progress vs. waiting for someone to prioritize your home. They are extremely attentive and responsive and work hard to give you exactly what you want without just talking you into unnecessary work. Thanks guys!

My husband and I bought our first house and were nervous about the renovations, but GM made everything easy. We worked really closely with Mike, he explained every step of the process. We learned so much from him and he was always a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond for us, we were having an issue finding a new front door due it needing be a unique size and Mike helped us find a new one personally. He really cares about all his customers and wants everyone to be happy. The bathrooms they did for us are just stunning! They exceeded our expectations. We can’t believe what a transformation our house underwent.

I hired GM Renovations for a complete upstairs remodel. From estimate to completion, Gregg and Mike were professional and responsive. We were looking to add more living space plus a half bath onto our existing 11X10 extension. We interviewed another contractor first who proposed something completely different than what we wanted and at an extremely high price. We then reached out to Gregg from GM who "listened" to what "we wanted" and came back with a solid proposal. The architect designs were exactly what we had pictured. Mike oversaw the construction and was extremely hands on. He checked in on the job in person almost every day, and if he couldn't, he would reach out by phone. He kept us updated on exactly what would be happening over the next several days. The work crews were all top notch, showing up on time, respecting our home, doing quality work, and cleaning up before they left each day. I can't imagine that we could have had a more stress-free experience. The end product was even better than we had originally pictured, seamlessly connecting the existing extension to the new, and creating a single flowing living space. Thanks Gregg, Mike, and crews! First contact was with Gregg who set up an appointment and showed up when scheduled. Gregg provided us with suggestions too complement our wishes and came back quickly with an estimate. We hired GM Renovations to handle our Kitchen remodel from start to finish. The job involved removing two walls, one being a load bearing wall, and installing a steel beam to insure a flush ceiling was achievable. Our house is old, built in 1930 and they took great care in making sure the old house was structurally sound and safe. Demo was fast and clean, drywall and electrical were great. Their carpenter Nick who installed the cabinets was a true craftsman. Our old house was so uneven and nothing was level but you would never know it looking at the finished product. We also contracted him on the side after the kitchen job to do a custom built in bench for the dining room and were very happy with how everything turned out. GM installed all the appliances and did all the backsplash work as well. Gregg and Mike and his team were great to work with. Very professional and I would highly recommended them. Entire house remodeled, first time ever going through this process can be scary but Gregg and Mike has made this experience pleasant, educated us every step of the way, love the results, thank you Mike and Gregg for your talent, patience and renovations advice.
